We are thrilled to announce that 826 was recently awarded a $40,000 grant by the Lurie Foundation, which is dedicated to improving the lives of youth and their families. This is obviously a huge accomplishment, and we owe a great thank you to our grants committee.

The grant from Lurie is for one year, and the following year they will award 826 an additional $30,000 provided we can match it with our own fundraising efforts.
