826 Valencia proudly presents our Fourth Annual Comedy Night: An Evening of a Thousand Scowls. This year’s line-up features some of today’s most recognized names in comedy, including Sarah Silverman (actress, writer, and comedian as seen on Comedy Central and HBO, and writer and star of the feature film Sarah Silverman: Jesus is Magic), Jimmy Kimmel (television talk-show host of ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live), Patton Oswalt (actor and stand-up comedian as seen on HBO and Comedy Central, Seinfeld and King of Queens), Zach Galifianakis (stand-up comedian who has starred in hit television shows such as Boston Common and Tru Calling), and Al Madrigal (award-winning Bay Area comedian and founder of 826 Valencia’s Comedy Night)

Now in its fourth year, 826 Valencia’s Comedy Night continues to exceed expectations with increasingly impressive line-ups and ever-more laughs.

Fans of comedy, children, philanthropy, and literature alike are expected to attend in record numbers to witness one of the year’s funniest charitable events. On this special evening, laughing at lowbrow (and highbrow) humor benefits the greater good, as the show’s proceeds directly fund student writing and tutoring programs at 826 Valencia. Last year the event sold out all 1,400 seats, and as this year’s Comedy Night lineup is perhaps the best ever, tickets are expected to sell out quickly.

Premier tickets guarantee the best seats in the house and include a complimentary copy of the latest 826 Quarterly, a dynamic collection of student writing. All seating is general admission within each section.
