We here at 826 Valencia gathered together yesterday evening to celebrate our recent expansion, and all the contractors and suppliers who graciously helped turn our blueprints into reality. It was an exciting evening as the guests of honor, accompanied by 826 staff, board members, and volunteers, came by during drop-in tutoring to see the beautiful final outcome of our new space. The 826 community toasted Arnie Hollander, the project manager of the expansion, who generously donated an incredible amount of time and effort to the project. Thank you to everyone who attended, and again to all those who helped make our expansion a giant success.
