Thank you to Jacqueline Moses, Guilan Sheykhzadeh, the sixty juniors and senior young authors from Wallenberg High School, the 826 volunteer tutors, and all of our illustrators for participating in this exciting event yesterday morning.

A bevy of local artists paired up with the young authors on their book project of writing children’s stories to make these tales come to life for their younger readers. These full-color illustrations appeared in mediums ranging from large oil paintings to tiny paperboard etchings, to computer animation. Everyone was wowed at the variety of talents involved.
