826 Valencia hosted its much-anticipated Storytelling and Bookmaking dinner, sponsored by Ichi Sushi, Joseph Schmidt Confections and St. Supéry Winery. On October 23, 2007, supporters joined together in the Writer's Lab, and immersed themselves in 826's most popular field trip. By the end of the night, they created from scratch a fabulous story, complete with illustrations by Jon Adams, and each guest left with a copy of their book.
