After three days of masking wood trim, painting skies, building furniture, sewing curtains, installing hardware, and rocking out to an infectious music mix ranging from Outkast to The Rolling Stones, the James Lick Middle School Writers’ Room is finished and beautiful! Thank you to all the volunteers who put in the elbow grease and enthusiasm to make this room come to life!
Before the room was just an ordinary part of the library. Now it is a gorgeous, old-world, nautical Writers’ Room fit for any adventure that James Lick students take.
