We are delighted to present this inspiring new video created by the folks over at 826 National to highlight our Young Authors' Book Project, which is now in its eighth year. Each project is the culmination of a semester-long collaboration with a San Francisco public high school. Students write, edit, and design a book, which is then published and sold in bookstores nationwide. Previous topics include the Golden Rule, retelling family stories, and students' advice to their teachers. This year we are partnering with teachers Eric Rose and Kelley Leathers and the 11th graders at John O'Connell High School and we can't wait to see what they produce!
