826 Valencia

We recently published the first issue of The 826 Quarterly, a collection of student writing filled with fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and comics from Bay Area students, ages 8–18.

The first half of this issue focuses on writing created during field trips and workshops, while the second half highlights individual work and submissions sent in during the past few months. There are also selections from books published here by Children’s Day School, Creative Arts Charter School, and San Lorenzo High School, as well as previews of upcoming 826 Valencia books by José Guevara, age 10, and Phoebe Morgan, age 12.

The 826 Valencia Quarterly is available at 826, for $9 plus tax, or by purchasing online through PayPal, for $15 including shipping and handling.
