The Bay-farer, our in-house student newspaper, will be kicking off its all-comics issue on February 15, in collaboration with the Cartoon Art Museum of San Francisco. Our students will draw their own comic strips, conduct interviews with cartoonists, learn about the history of cartooning and, in May, have some of their work displayed at the museum, downtown. Professional cartoonists, including Paul Madonna, Keith Knight, Stephan Pastis and Jonathan Adams will take part. We're excited about this collaboration and look forward to seeing what the kids come up with!
