Adventurous Authors (Ages 8-11)

Calling all adventurers, authors, and adventurous authors! Join us for a six-session writing workshop brought to you by 826 Valencia. In this workshop, students will explore a variety of genres and styles in order to strengthen their creative and expository writing skills. Students will choose their favorite piece of writing to be featured in our class publication.

This workshop will take place at the Women’s Building (3543 18th St #8, San Francisco, CA 94110)

This a six-week workshop and students are required to attend all dates:
2/5, 2/12, 2/19, 2/26, 3/5, & 3/12

After registering, staff will reach out to offer a spot depending on eligibility and availability in the program. Our workshops are open to anyone, but we do give priority to SFUSD students with socio-economic need and hold spaces for students enrolled in our other programs.
