About our Educational Programming Internship:
Our Educational Programming interns support our programs in a variety of ways, including tutoring students 1:1 and in small groups, editing our students’ work for publication, and assisting our staff in managing programs and scheduling volunteers.
Requirements:
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week for the duration of the semester
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to our mission of supporting youth ages 6-18 with their creative and expository writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with kids in a professional setting is a plus
- Editing/proofreading experience is a plus
- Candidates with Spanish and other language skills are strongly encouraged to apply!
