At 826 Valencia, we believe that the ability to write your story gives you agency and can take you anywhere. This is why we provide free writing, tutoring, and publishing programs to under-resourced students in San Francisco, transforming their relationships to writing and amplifying their voices for the world to hear. And you’ve helped us grow our impact by opening a second writing and tutoring center in the Tenderloin neighborhood, with the goal of expanding our reach to 7,000 students in 2017.
