Shikha Donde

Shikha Paul Donde is an attorney with over 17 years of in-house experience at technology companies, specializing in Ethics and Compliance. She earned her degree in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society from UC San Diego, and her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law. As a mom to two sons growing up in San Francisco, Shikha knows firsthand how transformative writing skills can be for young people. She’s thrilled to support 826 Valencia’s work empowering students to tell their stories, build confidence, and write their own futures—because when kids find their voice through writing, they unlock possibilities in school, work, and life.
